Boxercise @ Henley Beach
Outdoor Group fitness classes held on the shaded lawns of Western Hospital, Henley Beach. Conducted by dual qualified Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer, Lauren Rodato.
Class Structure
Boxercise classes are a fantastic mix of cardiovascular exercise, strength and conditioning, and core strength.
Boxing equipment such as gloves and focus bags combined with skipping ropes, agility ladders, resistance bands, gym sticks and medicine balls will give you a challenging workout for the mind and body.
Who can participate in Boxercise Classes?
The class is designed for those with a good baseline fitness. Parts of the class may be high impact, but low impact options also provided. If you have a current injury or problem areas we can discuss with you whether the classes will be suitable for you to attend -please complete the fitness screening form.
Boxercise is beneficial for:
- Improving cardiovascular fitness
- Increasing strength and agility

- Stress relief

Starts Thurs Jan 21st- March 24th 2016. (Limited places. Bookings essential.)
Prices
Pay on the night $63 deposit ( for first 3 classes) then $21 per class.
6 class pass ( pay upfront) $108 May be reclaimable on private health insurance
What to bring Wear loose comfortable clothing, a drink, a towel, sunscreen and a hat.
